1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
Use of the ae4 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. ae4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate any account where there is evidence that the user does not meet the eligibility criteria.
These terms apply to all users regardless of location, even though the ae4 platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Ae4 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account registered with false or incomplete information.
- Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their passwords secure.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
- Report any unauthorised access to the ae4 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the ae4 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to hack, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ae4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.

4Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Termination
Ae4 Limitation of Liability
Ae4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses, data loss, or business interruption. ae4's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
The ae4 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Termination
Ae4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user breaches any provision of these terms;
- Suspected fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is detected;
- The user registers more than one account;
- The user provides false information during registration or verification;
- A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requires it.
Any valid funds remaining in a terminated account will be processed in accordance with ae4's current policies, subject to any relevant investigations.
5Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ae4 platform, including logos, designs, software, and text, is the intellectual property of ae4 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from ae4.
Third-Party Links
The ae4 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. ae4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Ae4 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the ae4 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or the relevant courts in accordance with applicable law. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.
